Church Council Meeting
The Church Council will meet on Wednesday, July 15th at 7:00 p.m.
Attendance is requested for all council members, including:
- President
- Treasurer
- Circuit Forum Representative
- All members of the elected Boards (Elders, Trustees, Finance, and Education)
Potluck & Quarterly Voters’ Meeting
The July quarterly voters’ meeting and congregational potluck will take place on Sunday, July 19th.
- Potluck Lunch: Fellowship will begin right after Sunday School. Everyone is welcome to attend and bring a dish to share.
- Voters’ Meeting: The official quarterly meeting will begin immediately following the conclusion of the lunch.
All communicant members aged 18 and older are encouraged to attend the voters’ meeting to participate in the governance and future planning of our congregation.
